2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

You must have legal access to the Instagram account for which you place an order.

3) Warranty

All services come with a 4-month warranty from the date of delivery.

If followers, likes, or views drop below the original delivered amount within 120 days, we will refill the order at no extra cost (twice per order).

Warranty claims must be submitted through our support ticket system.

4) Delivery Policy

Orders typically begin processing within 24 hours of payment and may take several days to complete, depending on service type and volume.

Your Instagram account must remain public throughout the entire delivery period.

If your account becomes private, is restricted, or your username changes, delivery will be delayed or canceled without eligibility for a refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete order details

5) Account Safety

All services are delivered externally and do not involve logging into your account.

We never request or require your Instagram password at any point.

We are not responsible for any account actions taken by Instagram, including temporary restrictions, reach changes, or account bans.

6) Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver the purchased service.

No refunds for:

1. Change of mind
2. Customer-side issues (e.g., private account, changed username)
3. Delays caused by platform-side limits or updates

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

1. Increased engagement beyond purchased services.
2. Followers, likes, and views retention beyond the 4-month warranty period.
3. Verification or monetization results.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yanaar.com shall not be liable for:

1. Any indirect or consequential damages
2. Loss of business or account access
3. Platform actions taken by Instagram or Meta

9) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

1. Fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activity
2. Harassment, impersonation, or abuse of others
3. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

11) Changes to Terms:
